Secure downstairs toilet, secure toilet seat, reseal pipework from pan to external! Check pipework for blockages as we have experienced blockages and as a result backed up! I beleieve blockages have been now been cleared but needs to be checked and the toilet now works when it wants too and sometimes requires a double flush. to clear toliet paper.
