Replumb wet back so it works.

New house with electric, solar and wetback HWC. Plumbing for wetback seems to be incorrect and pipes gurgle and bang when fire lit. Can't run fire on full as noise is very disturbing. Seems that water in wetback is going to the overflow tank in ceiling and not to the water cylinder.
