Replacing existing concrete tank and possibly install water pump & filters

I want to replace the old leaky concrete tank with a possibly bigger plastic tank. The current tank is 5,000 litres ish supplied from a bore on the farm. Ideally (depending on cost) I would like a supply pump and filter system for the house too. I'm planning on moving the tank about 10 metres from its current location to a site level with the house (i will organize the earthworks)
