Water heater relocation

Need water heater relocated to the basement of the house, vertically not far from its current location. It is 240 liter, relatively new water heater. both locations, current and future are easily accessible and the same lines (power and water) that are currently used for it can be easily reused. I can help with carrying the water heater.
