When the kitchen sink tap turns on water shoots out of this pipe on the roof. From my plumber cousin: "You need to check the washer on the pressure reducing valve, or the entire valve needs to be replaced, also turn power supply off to hwc as will be wasting power". To be fixed ASAP.
