Replace laundry piggyback taps

The piggy back taps in the laundry need replacing with the spare ones in the cabinet. The old taps are to be checked to see if they can be reconditioned or not. Also, shower nozzle to be checked to ensure it isn't leaking into the lining. Rental property.
