Small Bathroom Reno

We have a small bathroom (1.8m X 1.7m) in the middle of the house. Currently it has a bath over shower and a vanity. The pipes behind the shower wall have been leaking for roughly 2 years. We had it temporarily fixed last year, but we've been told that the shower wall has to be removed to fix the pipes. Our plan is to rip out the shower over bath and replace it with a free standing bath and a new toilet. We need a plumber to replace the leaking pipes and connect the additional toilet to our existing sewer line.
