We have a 3 brm house with kitch bathroom and sep toilet. We would like to use the same footprint with additons to the carport extending towards the lake to build 8 new 2brm self contained conjoined type Units two storey. If possible we would like most of the units if not all to have a view to the lake. We have our own structural engineers electricians project managers and students. We require the services of a competent Builder/Architect and Plumber to work with our team on this and other projects both here and in Australia. We require an hourly rate and a commitment to passing on knowledge to our students. We have the resources and tools for this project however we will require you to quote the project to include materials labour and a concept plan The property we are currently looking at is zoned A rural and is located at 372 Hamurana Road Awahou The existing house with measurements is attached.
