Revamp Bathroom

Need to modernise bathroom from 70's original fittings. Very small space with dinky shower which was built in to the house plan, bath and old vanity. Current floors are linoleum. Separate toilet with hand basin, will need to do this space also. Will need to replace windows and put in extra lights and a plug for charging toothbrush. Want to spend minimum and will help with labour to reduce cost where possible.
