Kitchen Tap to be changed over and leak near water main.

Hi I need a estimate/quote to have my kitchen taps changed over to a Mondella benchtop.mixer I have purchased. Also wanting to look at cost efficient splash backing and have recently noticed a leak by my mains water tap on the front boundary which council have said is our responsibility.
