Increasing hot water pressure in en suite

We just shifted into a house in rotorua and found that the shower in the en suite which seemed to have been installed at a later date has very low pressure when hot. It also takes several minutes for the water to heat. I am wondering if there is something that can be done about it. Can you please contact me and let me know your charges for coming out and checking what's causing this and if there is anything that can be done about it? Thanks Julia PS. Please ignore my budget as I would like to hear the options first before deciding.
