Replace water pipe to house

We have a leak in the waterpipe at our rental house. This is about the 3rd leak that we have had and we think it is time to replace the whole thing. We are wanting the most cost effective way as this is a rental property and money is tight. We would also like you to have a look at the laundry as it is a bit of an awkward shape and it is hard to connect the washing machine to the laundry tub. We would like a price to connect new incoming taps and an outgoing pipe on the opposite wall to where it is now. We would like someone to go out there asap and give us a quote. Thanks
