Re-route roof s/w downpipe

I have a s/w downpipe from my roof currently discharging to ground under a tiled deck next to my house. I require it to be re-routed to a soak hole or similar but access is difficult although there is a trap door nearby but only suited to someone of small-medium build/stature. Require plumber to investigate and offer solution to fix.
