Run outdoor waste pipe and connect to existing waste

We are adding a toilet and new waste, and we need a certified drain layer to lay a waste pipe outside of the home and connect it to the existing waste, according to the council's consent-approved map. Approximate length 11 m, including 2 meters of outdoor parking concrete cutting. A screenshot of the approved design and location is attached. Call me for any more details.
