Plumber Required

I am a registered builder myself and I had a plumber to add a sink in a spare bedroom for my elderly parents about 2 years ago. I did not worry about PS3 when it was installed as it didn't matter me much as I knew the job was done right & professionally. The sink in bedroom is installed back to back to a Supatub in garage. I have listed the house for sale and the buyers want me to get a PS3 sign-off for the "Safe & Sanitary" application. I need a plumber to inspect this very simple fixture and issue a PS3 asap if possible please. Please provide your price for this sign-off if interested & to be chosen for this job. Since its urgent the job can be inspected tomorrow, if required. Thanks in advance.
