Water tank installation & set up

I have a 25,000 litre Devon water tank arriving on October 4th and I'm looking for someone to be there for that, then about a month later my tiny house is being delivered so I need to get everything set up - pump, filter, etc. The site for the tank will be prepared properly before then (the photo is just to show roughly where it's going). It's relatively easy access straight off the kaipara coast highway so hopefully the truck can deliver it right to the site. There is a tractor on the farm and I could try to arrange someone to help with that if needed. Hoping to find someone experienced with this kind of thing to make it as stress-free as possible :)
