Replace hot water cylinder

Hot water cylinder needs replaced. The house changed hands to an investor on the 4 December and a tenant just moved in the week. The previous owners had the regulator set so high it has cooked the system. Tenant has water however running at a trickle with the hot water taking ages to come though. She has a 1 year old and 3 year old. Any chance we could get this resolved over the next few working days? Please give us an estimate. Kind regards Linda Quinovic Property Management - Warkworth
