Hi, I have a weather board house that is sitting on a block basement. The floor area is 70 sq m and aluminium joinery as been fitted as well as ceiling insulation. There are no internal or external stairs. I am looking for a builder to convert the area into a self contained studio and two bedrooms as well as connect the top and bottom areas by the most appropriate means. Could be a good job when the weather in Auckland gets wet as most of the work will be internal.
