Small copper plumbing repair job

Hello. We have a house with rubbish imported Chinese copper pipes that springs a leak every now and again, say once a year. A great guy plumber we used, who unfortunately died suddenly, was replacing sections of pipes over time. We have a new leak (that has temporary fix so not super urgent) so now need a section replacing. We'll pull down the gib in this room to replace a whole section. So, a) we need someone to do this job and b) hopefully find that person to be local who can help us over time with odd jobs, advice and other sections and be willing to come on call when the next drama happens. Thanks
