Excavation/retainer wall/concrete driveway

I am in the early planning stages of building a minor dwelling. Geotech is complete, and I am awaiting engineers report for the retaining walls which should be complete in the next week or 2. These will then be made available for quotes for excavation of area of build and driveway. Retaining walls will also be required. There may be extra excavation required for the main dwelling area also, dependant on budget. Engineers report now in and awaiting council consents
