Considering buying a house in Arthurs Point, would like to get the drains camera'd before committing as it is an old house. Closing date is on Thursday 8th so would need work carried out and results on Tues or Weds - don't need a pretty report, just knowing if drains are full of cracks and blockages or any other red flags. We'll need to arrange access with the selling agent but house is currently unoccupied so shouldn't be an issue.
