new house build, need plumber, drainlayer, gas fitter (although this could be a separate job) , septic pump installer, I will be on site, contact me for plans and what is required (3 bathroom, 1 kitchen, a few outside water taps, a septic pump, gas fire place). Happy to use sole trader, happy to work along side and assist ( have done before), happy to pay hourly rate
