Hi We have a 1970s property that's been tenanted now. The tenant recently complained of the hot water pressure being a bit low through the shower mixer. Seems to be ok in the kitchen sink and wash basin. The hot water cylinder is low pressure, I believe. We need a qualified plumber to advise us of a reasonable and cost effective solution options. We request the follows : 1. Solution options along with cost of material and labour 2. Time to start and complete 3. Photos/video before and after job is completed 4. Tradesperson to have Public and product liability insurance cover 5. Photos and some reviews of similar past repair work done 6. Invoice presented for payment on completion We can organise viewings for shortlisted tradespersons at designated time slots that are acceptable to the tenants. Thanks CJ
