New cistern & seat & some siliconing

Looking for a plumber to replace toilet cistern & seat at my rental at 148 Champion St, Cannons creek. Just after a new one like for like so it looks better. Also as per photo we have some cracks around bath taps so want to get this siliconed up so it doesn’t leak. Lockbox on-site
