Excellent communication with the company. T&Cs very clear although I was a little surprised by mention of a quotation fee if someone came to scope work required although the quotation fee is not charged if the work is done. Work was undertaken in a timely way and there was an acceptance of me supplying the necessary parts required for the work to be done. All in all very reasonable cost for a job well done.
