Porirua Field Drain

The property is on a slightly sloped contour. As a result of this there has been some water seepage into the basement storage downstairs. My property manager was advised that it will require a field drain put in probably with a sump. I am looking at getting some quotes to fix this problem. I only have a couple of photos which shows the bottom of the house from the basement. This is where the water is seeking through the basement.
