Attaching a down pipe to an existing drain

I need to connect the existing down pipe off of my back deck roof that is sited partially under the rocky garden beside the concrete pad that has my spa pool on it to an existing drain that was installed on --- that runs beside my spa pool because of the excessive drainage problems due to flooding on my back lawn during the flooding in May 2023. I have been advised that my house was built on swamp land many years ago. I am needing this fixed urgently due to probable foundation issues with my house. I need to be home to show you the area due to my dog at home and he needs to be contained inside the house. Any week day after 4.00pm is suitable for me to show you around the area. Thanks.
