Plumbing issues

I seem to have a leak under the kitchen sink, water/brown liquid as per the image attached- not sure how long this has been going on for as I have not been very attentive but want it sorted. I’d also like a hole next to the pipes under kitchen sink filled with some foam/something if you are able to close this off or advise if there’s a reason it should stay as is? Bathroom tap is a little flimsy, would like this replaced if possible, along with the shower head which has a crack in it. Shower also has some fixing needed, mainly just the thing attached to the shower wall that keeps the long snake wire, it looks like it’s coming loose and would like it replaced if need be or attached properly. The other thing I was going to ask is how easy is it to lower the flower to floor level. I’ve attached a pic of the shower, not sure why it was raised but I’d ideally like this closer to floor to make it a bit safer for my young one to use independently. I’m not sure what’s involved here but would be keen to buy a new shower for install as well so that I don’t need to struggle cleaning the hard to reach places between the sliding doors. If you have deals with suppliers and can source all the new products for installation, I would also prefer this. Looking for a quote and will want all fixed asap (apart from lowering shower, should budget not permit that at this stage, but will certainly want this to be done so can do the job in 2 parts).
