Existing kitchen sink with an attached insinkerator to be removed & installed a new sink without an insinkerator. Also need to check hot water cylinder as I suspect there is a leakage, quote to repair or fit a new toilet. Ideal if you're also a builder but no biggie if not. Various jobs around home to be done.
