Initial approximate quote - add toilet

Hi there, we are thinking about installing a toilet into the family bathroom and I have no idea where to start pricing up the work! $1000? $10,000?! I’m aware there is a consent process, not least because we have tanks and onsite septic system. Photos of space where toilet would go attached. Any help getting a vague estimate would be much appreciated, thanks heaps
