Removal of old leaking black pipe and replacement with new pipe

We have a 3 bedroom House in pahurehure and require the old black plumbing pipe installed in the 80’s which leaks replacing with new pipe. Want hot cylinder in roof replaced with larger model and installed on the outside. Be advised, we are looking to start early next week, and there will be walls needing cutting and installation of new toilets, showers and vanities
