These small jobs are as follows: 1. Fit new laundry tub taps (just a simple remove/refit) 2. Fit new washing machine taps (as above) 3. Fix leaking pipe under kitchen sink 4. Fix leak in guttering. Due to the slope of the section, the guttering is approx one and a half stories high on this side of the house.
