The shower slide is loose at top fitting to wall. The device holding shower head is worn and will not stay in desired position. Would also like to change shower head to less water output.

Excellent communication, quality of work was excellent and Shyane noted that because there was no studs behind the gib the gib screws would eventually pull away as with the last shower slide. Selection of the 'low water flow head' was exactly what we wanted installed. Completed job as expected - a "morning" job!
