The property needs some drainage work done, as when there are heavy rains the water pools in the backyard of the property. When doing any drainage work, I want to consider placement of the drainage in relation to future subdivision of the property. I'm not sure if there is existing drainage, that isn't efficient, and that's why the water lays around?
