leaking valve connecting hot water cylinder

With a water-soaked wall, I would like to get this resolved ASAP. Water-soaked wall has revealed a slow leak associated with hot water cylinder on other side of wall. drip appears to be associated with the value at the rear of the network of connecting pipes (refer photo; has blue coloured top). Additionally (hopefully separate issue), a tap connecting the hot water to the washing machine leaks when turned on (laundry tub unit, inbuilt taps). Simply turning the tap off when not in use stops the leak, but would like to get that resolved.
