Blocked Stormwater Pipe

I require the pipe draining our mud tank in Linton to be unblocked. The rain last Saturday led to the mud tank overflowing and water going under the house I could only reach into the mud tank's drainage pipe a little bit and I found it blocked with mud. We'd only moved in last Friday so we don't know a lot about the house's drainage. There are no as built plans. We assume that the mud tank drains into a soak pit but are not sure. We want to clear the mud tank's exit pipe cleared as a first step. It looks like one down-pipe runs into the mud tank directly while the other two down-pipes run into a large concrete water tank and the overflow from the water tank drains into the mud tank.
