New ensuite needed connected to septic. Toilet, shower and vanity to be connected under floor through main house hallway 20 metres to established modern septic tank. Plan needed to be added to main plain so I can submit to MDC (fast tracked)

Wayno: Top bloke, top job. I feel so lucky to have got him when we did. There will never be another plumber for us as long as he's willing. He even shouted us morning tea when our building consent was issued! Every step of the way he was there supporting us with his knowledge and wisdom. We just couldn't have turned our old decrepit rooms into a modern and functional ensuite without him being there for us with his advice. Wayno - you're gold mate!
