Toilet and vanity swap out

I'd like the toilet pan and cistern swapped out for a new one. I'd also like to have the vanity swapped out as well. Current toilet: S-trap. Water inlet and cistern is a bit high up the wall as seen in the photos. I intend to buy the new toilet suite and vanity myself. I would like to know how much it will cost to have both toilet suite and vanity done as a whole, and how much it will cost for just the toilet suite to be done. Thank you!
