Replace and Install New Shower and bathroom fittings

I need to have my existing old shower removed and a new shower installed, all plumbing and building work to have this complete. I need bathroom fitting such a bath taps, vanity taps, towel rail etc installed. I currently have no shower or fittings purchased as wasnt aware if i need to arrange these first myself.
