drainage away from side of garage

Currently on the side of the garage there is no where for the water to drain away after heavy rains. The water gets trapped and then floods into the garage. I'm open to either concreting over the area, sloping it towards the alleyway. Or putting drainage in to the space to divert water away depending on your recommendation. Property is currently tenanted so I will need to have a time arranged for you to visit.
