New gully trap and inspection chamber

The house is owned by Apex Property NZ Ltd and i (Nathan Olliver) work for Apex as the full time Project Manager. Im currently in Europe so mainly only contactable via email at this stage but can always make time for a phone call if needed. we are keen to get things moving as soon as possible. Condition 2: Standard condition which we will deal with Condition 3: New inspection chamber is required where the connections to Lots 1 & 2 are made. From the property file, it would appear to be the one in front of the garage. It is noted that here is a gully trap at the garage which may drain into the pipe upstream of the existing chamber. Would recommend that the gully trap be realigned to drain into the new chamber. (refer photos 6 & 7 attached) Condition 4: The existing stormwater sump at the common vehicle crossing is to be upgraded to meet Council requirements (refer photos 4 & 5 attached) Condition 5: Standard condition which we will deal with You can proceed to undertake the work required on site. Just make sure that the person doing the work does the sewer inspection chamber to PNCC standards. I have attached a copy of the drawing from Councils Engineering Standards.
