Install taps for dishwasher

We need a dishwasher put in beside our sink. I can do the joinery work but I need a plumber to put taps onto the copper pipes and a drain into the copper drain. The dishwasher only has 1 water connection so probably only 1 tap needs to be put in (not sure if hot or cold yet) or both if it's not much more cost. 1960's era house. Probably can only do this after 14th October when we get paid next.
