4 x small plumbing jobs

Would like the following small jobs attended to, all at the same address: * repair leaking guttering( where a join in the gutter has popped open) * replace tap washer * repair two leaking toilets . one has a small leak running down the pan, the other has a small external leak which is causing the skirting board directly underneath to soak up water and turn into "weetbix" mush. PLEASE NOTE- both of the toilets are Geberit brand internal cistern toilets, which are not very common ( the cisterns are hidden in the walls)
