Replace old toilet - S-pan

Wanting to replace old toilet(S trap) with back to wall, S-trap toilet will be owner supplied but need guidance what would fit and what not to get before I go toilet shopping. not an urgent job, we got a 2nd toilet upstairs. looking at replacing the downstairs one.
