Hi, we need an expert to take a look at our drain. The waste water outside appears to have been blocked and the catch pan seperated from the drain pipe for a long time. We have a concrete foundation and it looks like water has probably been seeping under it as well as our pathway. Really dont know who to call or where to start on this so hoping someone here can help and let us know what were in for. Cheers
