Not sure if I need a plumber or an electrician because the electric hot water cylinder is overflowing. If I have the water on (and the power off), I can see water flowing out the pipe on the top of the house. If the power is on as well, the power bill is quite large due to the amount of hot water being wasted. Thinking there's a faulty switch or something.
