Ok..here goes.. Im currently renting a house and the landlord hasnt contacted me back regarding fixing it so im doing one better and getting it sorted myself.. So recently before we moved in the toilet had been fixed from someone and they didnt do it properly. They havnt put the seal back on properly and every time its been flushed since then it has slowly eaten away at the floor/through the floor to the point where i am fearing someone i going to fall through the floor soon. They have also used chip board to replace older rotten floor boards and have just covered it with lino. I can add photos through as my description isnt exactly the best. Any help would be muchly appreciated as its starting to make my house smell like a dirty public toilet!!! :(
