replacing stormwater drains

we have 3 down pipes that are blocked. they are the old cement ones so we would like to replace with pvc we are getting all the pipes would just like to know how much for the fitting of the pipes over the top of the old pipes. also to run the back down pipe at the back of the house under the house and connect it with the other ones at the front. also all trenches have been dug already it will just be the laying of the pipe and informing me of the joins and measurements i would need to buy photo number 1 is of were we need to connect a pipe from the down pipe on the carport to the stormwater. photo number 2 is where there needs to be a little sump and pipe going to stormwater photo 3 is were it will conect into the concrete pipe. photo 4 is at the front of the house showing where 3 down pipes need to be connected. photo 5 is the old cement pipes that we will lay straight out to the pipe by the fence to go out to the stormwater. photo 6 is were the pipe from the other side of the house will come out to connect with the front pipes
