Recently I have built a 4.5 x 3.6 m shed and the rainwater off the roof needs to be directed into our 20,000 L drinking water in addition to with the water already collected from the roof of our house. There are two 80 mm down-pipes on the shed and the requirement is for 9500 mm of pipe laid to collect the water from the two down-pipes and join this into the existing 100 mm line running from the filter at the house to the water tank. I will dig the trench before and fill the trench after completion of the job, so the requirement is only for supply and installation of the pipework. Also, the work will need to be of a standard meeting the building permit requirements for the job. The site is near Bunnythorpe (Palmerston North).
