External downpipe Repair - Small Job

I have a downpipe that needs repair at my rental. It's a small job, it appears that the mowing contractor may have bumped it a few times and caused the elbow pipe to break (photos) attached. Looking for an estimate on repair and time line is in the next few weeks, but flexible around time of day it can be done. No access to the house is required as the downpipe is on the carport accessible from the driveway
